Job Summary
Drive for results by meeting sales goals through product knowledge, recommending merchandise, and achieving add-on targets like gift card sales. Maintain pricing and visual standards while executing monthly store sets, floor maintenance, and window changes. Ensure prompt customer resolution and efficient register experiences by enforcing policies on payments, returns, and security. Support replenishment and locate fulfillment activities to keep the store abundant and organized. Build client relationships through clienteling tools and consistent communication. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Retail or sales experience
- Must be 16 years of age or older (for states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA)
- Must be 18 years of age or older (for all other states)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management
- Regular attendance
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
