Job Summary
Meet company sales goals by recommending merchandise, locating items based on customer needs, and maintaining pricing and visual standards. Model Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles to ensure prompt resolution of concerns and achieve add-on goals like gift card sales. Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and maintain boutique cleanliness while managing visual directives including floor sets and signage. Build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and consistent communication via the customer book. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with constant walking and standing required for the full shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift
- Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift
- Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift
