Job Summary
An ERIK'S Sales Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing knowledgeable service, assisting customers with product selections, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Associates will work towards individual and store sales goals, develop strong product expertise, support merchandising efforts, and contribute to a positive team environment. Additionally, they should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and demonstrate a results-driven approach.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment
