Job Summary
Deliver outstanding service to customers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model; educate consumers about Crocs products, in-store promotions, and events; support store team to achieve goals; learn and assist across departments (customer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room management); assist with POS operations, stock replenishment, pricing, markdowns, loyalty programs, and store cleanliness; collaborate with management to improve personal sales performance and adhere to asset protection and inventory control policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- O Level or above
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail
- Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
- Flexible to work on rotational shift basis including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email) and ability to operate retail POS system
- Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work at Vivo City location
