Job Summary
Deliver best-in-class customer service to every visitor by creating personalized experiences and maintaining strict visual store standards. Guide customers through product journeys while consistently meeting individual KPI expectations and sales goals. Facilitate in-store programs and events as needed, and assist with all necessary operational processes to ensure store integrity. Maintain product expertise and uphold brand values throughout the shift. Part-time availability of at least 16 hours per week, including one weekend day, is required.
Required Qualifications
- Part-time availability of at least 16 hours per week
- Availability on at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
- Adherence to Away's Blackout Period expectations
