Sales Associate: Valley Fair

Part-Time Sales Associate at ThirdLove in the Valley Fair location. Responsibilities include creating positive customer experiences, driving store performance through effective selling techniques and client engagement, participating in store maintenance and operations, supporting leadership initiatives (sales, client engagement, team engagement, visual merchandising, and operational excellence), and adapting to varied hours including weekends, holidays, and special events. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and maintaining an active presence on the sales floor. Proficiency with in-store technology (Shopify, Endear) and collaboration with team members during openings, events, and coverage needs is expected. Ideal candidates have customer service/retail experience and are at least 18 years old, with a background in similar categories preferred.
