Job Summary
Deliver friendly customer service with a smile while maintaining personal sales volume and promoting charge accounts and gift card purchases. Execute company policies, sell floor procedures, and merchandising tasks including ticketing, signing, and display. Assist in merchandise preparation, training new associates, and daily stock fill-ins to ensure complete color and size availability. Manage inventory, unit control records, and shoplifting prevention efforts. Communicate needs to Area Merchandisers and perform assigned duties with minimal supervision. Maintain high morale and meet sales commission goals. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25lbs, and basic math skills. High School Degree or Equivalent required.
