Job Summary
Sales Associate at Turner’s Outdoorsman in Chino Hills, CA. Responsibilities include greeting customers, executing firearms paperwork within legal parameters, creating customer orders, delivering excellent customer service and salesmanship, maintaining firearm safety, assisting in store merchandising, loading/unloading trucks, receiving stock, participating in promotions and events, possibly filling fishing reels using specialized machines and knot-tying techniques, and attending training seminars (including some off-site). Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be legally eligible to work in a firearms environment. Requires high school graduation (GED acceptable); prior retail or sales experience and cash handling preferred; knowledge of Hunting/Fishing/Shooting sports preferred; able to obtain Certificate of Eligibility.
Required Qualifications

- Legally eligible to work in a firearms environment
- Ability to obtain a Certificate of Eligibility
- Prior retail or sales experience and cash handling preferred
