Deliver exceptional in-store service to Crocs customers using the brand’s service approach; educate customers about products, promotions, and events; assist in various store departments (consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room management); support daily retail operations (POS, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty programs, store cleanliness and recovery); lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve sales performance; adhere to asset protection policies and inventory controls; embody Crocs as a brand ambassador and contribute to achieving company goals and KPIs.
