Sales Associate

Execute sales processes to drive move-in percentages and census, focusing on private pay. Generate admissions through referral partnerships by advancing inquiries via follow-up and closing to meet daily/weekly/monthly expectations using the CRM system. Respond to all referrals and inquiries with appropriate follow-up while managing CRM data. Support new customer standards by communicating move-in activities and paperwork to campus teams. Assist with planning and executing campus events including the Senior Executive Club. Ensure the campus is tour-ready by coordinating marketing collateral, tour paths, and model rooms, then execute tours as part of the primary team. Answer a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally.
