Job Summary
As a Sales Associate at Trek, you will help achieve the mission of providing incredible hospitality to customers while encouraging cycling. Your responsibilities include meeting sales targets, developing sales skills through training, and participating in team huddles. You will also maintain store merchandising standards, execute daily tasks, and assist with bicycle assembly and service preparation. Ideal candidates should have a positive attitude, a passion for learning, and a desire to contribute to a culture focused on cycling. Experience with bikes is a plus but not required.
