Job Summary
Conduct frontlines sales by helping customers ride bikes, learning smart cycling products, and making thoughtful recommendations. Evaluate rider needs and exceed expectations through warm hospitality, great listening, and a drive to help on busy days. Cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base while maintaining a positive, pitch-right-in attitude. This role requires fantastic communication skills and a commitment to delivering the best cycling experience. You will work in the Trek Store in Redmond.
Required Qualifications

- Fantastic hospitality—a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a drive to help in any way you can—even on the toughest, busiest days
- Great communication with customers and teammates
