Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships by actively assisting the management team to build store business. Service multiple customers at a time while multi-tasking and handling projects simultaneously, including operational assignments like filling orders, replenishment, and recovery. Use product knowledge and fashion expertise to create outfits for customers, suggest matching items, and achieve sales metrics in clienteling, outreach, and appointment setting. Participate in learning opportunities, accept direction, coaching, and feedback to maximize individual performance. Maintain open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
