Job Summary
Guide surgeons in the operating room through clinical and product knowledge while presenting, demonstrating, and ensuring proper utilization of DePuy Synthes trauma solutions. Support customers by attending surgeries to assure equipment availability, optimize trays, and provide Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department consultation. Assist in retaining existing customers and driving product conversions to meet established sales goals and market share objectives within the North Houston territory. Maintain and manage surgeon and account relationships, troubleshoot technical assistance, and handle customer requests including hospital billing and purchase orders. Prepare sales reports, track equipment assets, and ensure promotional materials meet quality standards to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.)
- minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience
- Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
- The ability to work in a lab/operating room environment
- A valid driver's license issued in the United States
- The ability to travel which may include weekend and/or overnight travel
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills
