Job Summary
Sales Associate in DePuy Synthes Trauma (Johnson & Johnson MedTech Orthopaedics) in Las Vegas, NV, responsible for providing clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures, maintaining surgeon and account relationships within a geographic territory, supporting sales objectives and case coverage, guiding surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge, troubleshooting and providing technical assistance, attending surgeries, managing equipment and logistics, and preparing sales reports while emphasizing customer satisfaction and the portfolio of trauma solutions; role is 100% commission/incentive and requires travel including potential weekend/overnight trips.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience or minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States
- The ability to travel which may include weekend and/or overnight travel
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory
- Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills
