Job Summary
Sales Associate to support DePuy Synthes Trauma in Biloxi/Gulfport, MS, providing clinical and customer support in hospitals, assisting surgeons in the operating room, troubleshooting and providing technical assistance, maintaining equipment and asset deployment, and building surgeon/account relationships within a geographic territory. Requires strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, knowledge of surgical instruments/procedures, ability to travel (including weekends/overnight), and a valid US driver’s license. Education path includes Bachelor’s or Associate degree or medical certification with relevant related experience; travel to support cases and customer sites is expected. The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer satisfaction, and solutions selling within orthopaedics trauma care, joint reconstruction, and related services, under DePuy Synthes and Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience or Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience or Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
