Sales Associate / Training Specialist for Salomon Store in Covent Garden, London. Role involves delivering exceptional customer service, leveraging sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales; advising customers to provide a high-level customer experience and proposing complementary products; employing sales techniques and store digital tools to enhance service; assisting in loss prevention and keeping stockroom organized; cash handling; mastering standard operating procedures, health and safety, visual merchandising, and brand service culture; leading training sessions for the Retail Team, supporting onboarding for new starters, and liaising with the Retail Training Team in HQ (France); this position requires 100% presence on the sales floor. Ideal candidates have previous experience in customer service and retail, enjoy interacting with people, possess passion and knowledge of Salomon’s core sports, are team players, have a hands-on approach with a willingness to learn, and can flexibly work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
