Job Summary
Greet customers proactively in a high-traffic retail setting, identify needs through consultative selling, and educate clients on AT&T wireless products, plans, and services. Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding targets, processing transactions, activating service plans, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale while collaborating with team members to maximize store performance. Requires high school diploma, 1+ year of retail experience, and availability for 8+ hour shifts including weekends. Earn $60,000+ annually with uncapped commission, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
