Job Summary
Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail environment, identifying needs through consultative selling and active listening. Educate clients on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services while driving performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Process transactions, activate service plans, and maintain visual merchandising standards to deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale. Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance and maintain strong product knowledge. This inside retail role offers uncapped commission potential, paid training, and career advancement opportunities within DSI's retail sales solutions division.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
- Strong people skills
