Job Summary
Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail environment, identifying needs through consultative selling and active listening. Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services while driving sales performance by meeting and exceeding goals. Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately, maintaining strong product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale, while maintaining visual merchandising standards and brand compliance. Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance in a high-traffic setting. This inside retail role represents AT&T within a store-within-a-store format, offering uncapped commission potential and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
