Job Summary
Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail environment to identify needs through consultative selling. Educate clients on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services while driving performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately while maintaining visual merchandising standards and brand compliance. Work collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. This inside retail sales role requires standing and walking for 8+ hour shifts with flexible availability including weekends. Join our Madison, Mississippi team representing AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting with over 40 years of sales enablement experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
