Job Summary
Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail sales environment while identifying needs through consultative selling and active listening. Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services to drive performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately while maintaining strong product knowledge and visual merchandising standards. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale by working collaboratively with team members to maximize store sales performance. This inside retail sales role represents AT&T within a store-within-a-store setting, offering uncapped commission potential and paid training for candidates with a competitive mindset.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
