Job Summary
Greet customers in a high-traffic retail partner location representing AT&T products, then identify needs through consultative selling and active listening. Educate clients on wireless plans and devices while driving performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Process transactions, activate service plans, and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand compliance. Deliver exceptional service before, during, and after the sale while collaborating with team members to maximize store sales. Requires high school diploma, 1+ year of retail experience, and flexibility for an 8+ hour shift including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed

- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
