Job Summary
Greet and proactively engage customers in a busy retail environment, identifying needs through consultative selling and active listening. Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services while driving performance by meeting and exceeding sales goals. Process transactions, activate service plans, and maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure brand compliance. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale while collaborating with team members to maximize store sales. This inside retail role requires standing and walking for 8+ hour shifts, with flexible availability including weekends. Earn $60,000+ annually with uncapped commission, paid training, and access to AT&T wireless discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
