Job Summary
Sales Associate/Sales Consultant at Toyota of Cleveland responsibilities include selling vehicles and meeting dealership goals, identifying and addressing customer needs, demonstrating vehicles (including test drives), delivering vehicles with explanations of operating features and paperwork, and building customer loyalty. The role requires establishing personal income goals, staying informed about inventory and product features, working with service and body shop to ensure proper reconditioning, attending training, maintaining prospect development and owner follow-up systems, and analyzing performance to improve time management and results. Knowledge of automobile industry terminology, depreciation, and relevant federal/state/local laws governing retail auto sales is expected, as are safety compliance and the ability to communicate effectively to customers and teammates.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
