Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience while focusing on full-price selling and maintaining visual standards. Handles escalated customer situations in compliance with policy and partners with leadership to solve issues. Executes assigned tasks, contests, and digital sales strategies including ship-from-store and BOPIS to support store goals. Upholds company policies, loss prevention procedures, and safety protocols while sharing customer feedback to improve the experience. Requires high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency in math and computer systems. This part-time role involves 20–40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
