Sales Associate

Sales Associate at Total Wine & More responsible for delivering excellent customer service and driving sales by engaging with customers and advising on products. Role may include merchandising, front-end duties, inventory management, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage, and supporting digital operations such as fulfilling orders and in-store or curbside pickup and delivery if assigned. Responsibilities also include greeting customers, developing product knowledge through wine/spirits/beer training, staying informed about advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs, maintaining safety and cleanliness, complying with alcohol laws, and performing cross-functional duties as assigned. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 8-10 hours, and be 21+ years old.
