Job Summary
Greet customers, engage in conversations to build relationships, and advise on products and services while driving sales. Maximize product inventory by processing freight, organizing stock, building displays, and fulfilling orders for in-store and curbside pick-up. Deliver orders safely when assigned, adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store, ensure compliance with alcohol sale regulations, and participate in product training. Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, requiring the ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift 50 lbs. This seasonal role offers up to six months of employment with options for non-seasonal positions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends
- Must be able to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day
- Must be able to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly
- Must be able to safely and professionally load and deliver orders, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
