Job Summary
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals while creating an experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge. Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle with customers, ensuring all sales and operational policies are followed. Work with a team of professionals to deliver a transformational client experience and build the brand one customer at a time. Maintain visual and operational aspects of the role, including loss prevention, while demonstrating strong personal selling and customer relations skills. Required Qualifications
- One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
