Job Summary
You’ll build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales, apply extensive product knowledge to communicate Tory Burch brand philosophy, deliver a transformational client experience, and collaborate with a professional team to meet personal sales goals while adhering to sales and operational policies. The role requires strong selling and customer-relations skills, reliability for a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, holidays), and physical readiness to lift and assist during shifts in a high-volume retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- One-to-three years’ experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
