Job Summary
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals. Create the customer experience through extensive product knowledge and selling skills while communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy. Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Work with a team of professionals to deliver a transformational client experience and build the brand one customer at a time. This role requires open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting 40 lbs and standing for extended periods. Required Qualifications
- One-to-three years' experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Strong personal selling and customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
- Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
