Job Summary
Build and maintain customer relationships to drive business and meet personal sales goals. Create the customer experience through selling skills and extensive product knowledge while communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy. Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained. Work with a team of professionals to deliver retail excellence, experiment with innovative ideas, and contribute to building brand awareness and generating positive coverage. Maintain open availability for a flexible work schedule and possess the physical ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Strong personal customer relations experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business
- Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs), carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
