Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs throughout the day and participate in shrink reduction goals. Maintain merchandising philosophy and organizational cleanliness standards for the sales floor. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. This role supports the TJX family of brands including HomeGoods, Marshalls, and TJ Maxx, fostering a culture of honesty and respect within a Fortune 100 off-price retailer.
