Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising, and shrink reduction goals. Participate in safety awareness and accept constructive feedback. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This role is part of TJX Companies, the world's leading off-price retailer, with seven brands including Sierra, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls.
