Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery efforts and uphold merchandising procedures throughout the day. Participate in safety awareness initiatives and shrink reduction programs. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed.
