Greet and welcome all guests, serving as the primary liaison to provide professional customer service. Assist guests with cleaning and stain/finishing needs while sorting and examining articles of clothing or household items. Accurately detail and mark-in incoming orders for processing and ensure cash drawer accuracy. Provide general housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance and thank every guest after each visit. Maintain Tide Cleaners convenience, customer service, and quality standards. Flexible schedules and weekend availability preferred.
