Sales Associate

Sales Associate at The Tile Shop responsible for greeting customers, building lasting relationships, educating customers on tile products and installation, meeting and tracking sales goals, processing store orders, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. Draw plus commission with first-year earnings expected between $45,000 and $75,000. Requires strong people skills, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.
