Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, develop lasting relationships through courteous treatment, and conduct follow-up communication. Sell tile and related products to exceed expectations while educating clients on installation and usage. Track individual sales goals, manage store orders, and provide product updates. Maintain a professional presentation and perform other duties as assigned. Earn between $45K and $75K with a draw plus commission. Requires strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
