Sales Associate

Greet and assist customers storewide, helping them locate merchandise and explaining product benefits and features. Approach shoppers to determine correct items, answer telephone and customer questions, and suggest add-on products. Maintain general product knowledge and expertise in specific areas while computing price quotes and processing special orders. Perform general sales duties including assisting with checkouts, carrying out items, and managing cash registers. Handle merchandise operations such as receiving shipments, checking against reports, pricing, tagging, and restocking shelves and displays. Maintain cleanliness by facing merchandise, dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming to meet brand requirements. Use radios to request help and communicate out-of-stocks via hot sheets. Perform other tasks as requested, including physical inventory, unloading trucks, and delivering merchandise. Work required shifts including nights and weekends.
