Job Summary
Tecovas Sales Associate in The Woodlands, TX supports the store leadership by delivering an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor. Responsibilities include greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, stockroom organization, processing shipments, in-transit communication with leadership, loss prevention through cycle counts and transfers, and contributing to staff education and store facilities maintenance. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional customer service, strong organizational skills, independent proactive work ethic, honesty and teamwork. The role is part-time with weekend/evening/holiday availability, and offers benefits such as competitive hourly compensation and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Reliable commute to The Woodlands, TX location
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week
- Weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) availability, evenings and holidays as needed
- Strong customer service and selling skills
- Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Team-oriented and supportive demeanor
- Ability to handle merchandise stocking, receiving shipments and floor replenishment
- Comfort with stockroom upkeep and general store upkeep
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced retail environment
- Product knowledge and ability to share information to customers
