Sales Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and executing customer experience principles. Accurately ring purchases and returns, promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas, adhere to operational and loss prevention standards, participate in store recovery, and uphold merchandising procedures. Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule to support business needs. Provide feedback, contribute to a positive store culture, and ensure safety and compliance with labor laws and store policies.
