Job Summary
Proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships, and conduct follow-up communication to exceed expectations. Sell tile and related products while educating clients on installation and use. Track individual sales goals and store orders to provide timely product updates. Present yourself professionally at all times while performing other duties as assigned. First-year earnings range from $45K to $75K in a draw plus commission. The Tile Shop offers medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Sense of Design: various styles, colors, and textures
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent people person
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, commission sales environment
- Open to learning and growing independently and from feedback
