Job Summary
Proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships, and conduct follow-up communication while selling tile and related products to exceed expectations. Educate clients on installation and use of all products, track individual sales goals, and manage store orders with product updates. Present yourself professionally at all times while performing other duties as assigned. First-year earnings range from 45K to 75K in a draw plus commission structure. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and the ability to work well under high pressure in a fast-paced, commission sales environment.
