Job Summary
Proactively greet customers professionally, develop lasting relationships through courteous treatment, and conduct follow-up communication. Sell tile and related products to exceed expectations while educating clients on installation and use. Track store orders, provide product updates, and monitor individual sales goals to maintain performance standards. Present yourself professionally at all times while fulfilling other duties as assigned. Earn between $45K and $75K in first-year earnings via a draw plus commission structure within a fast-paced sales environment.
