Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, build lasting relationships through courteous service, and conduct follow-up communication to maintain engagement. Sell tile and related products while educating clients on installation and usage to exceed expectations. Track individual sales goals, monitor store orders, and provide timely product updates. Present yourself professionally at all times while performing other duties as assigned. Earn $45K to $75K in first-year earnings via a draw plus commission.
