Job Summary
Proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships through courteous treatment, and conduct follow-up communications. Sell tile and related products to exceed expectations while educating clients on installation and use. Track store orders, provide product updates, and monitor individual sales goals. Present yourself professionally at all times while performing other duties as assigned. Earn 45K to 75K in first-year earnings via a draw plus commission. Requires strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and ability to work well under high pressure.
