Job Summary
Greet customers professionally, develop lasting relationships through courteous treatment, and conduct follow-up communications. Sell tile and related products to exceed expectations while educating clients on installation and product usage. Track individual sales goals, monitor store orders, and provide timely product updates. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times while performing other duties as assigned. Earn $45K to $75K in first-year earnings via a draw plus commission structure. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent people skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment.
