Proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships, and conduct follow-up communication to exceed expectations. Sell tile and related products while educating clients on installation and usage. Track individual sales goals, monitor store orders, and provide product updates. Maintain a professional demeanor and handle duties as assigned in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Earn $45K to $75K in first-year earnings including base and commission.
