Job Summary
The Experience Guide at The NOW boutique delivers exceptional guest service, drives enhancements and memberships, and supports seamless daily operations. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, assisting with services and products, booking, editing, and canceling massage appointments, promoting memberships and gift cards, handling payments, and maintaining the reception area. The role requires effective communication, a friendly and outgoing personality, teamwork with leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring an elevated guest experience and boutique standards.
Required Qualifications
- Sales and service-related experience preferred.
- Ability to be efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills.
- Strong communication skills including actively listening, empathizing, and being the subject matter expert for all things The NOW
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Possesses problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be a team player
