Job Summary
The Experience Guide greets guests, drives enhancement, membership, and gift-card sales, books and edits massage appointments, handles payments, and maintains the reception area to ensure seamless daily operations. Must actively engage guests regarding services and memberships, meet weekly membership sales goals, and collaborate with leadership to implement best practices. Requires strong sales and service skills, excellent communication, a friendly, outgoing personality, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
